Hey, I’m Julie Bonello.
I founded Integrate Health to accelerate the delivery and use of digital technology to improve care.
I am a mission driven, innovative HIT leader leveraging sustainable digital strategies to improve population health, patient experience and provider experience while managing cost. Committed to integrating HIT digital best practices creating new integrated operating models for value based care through new structure, process, people and technology. A former member of the CHIME Public Policy committee. An Epic Emeritus member. An expert on HIT regulatory and interoperability environments required for digital health.

My career has been distinguished by digital operational innovation, translating vision into digitally enabled performance. My expertise has been sought out by CEOs needing to resolve strategic digital initiatives facing critical business risk.
Through my work with three CEOs leading the change needed to adopt technology in the face of crisis, I developed a Digital Operating Model Framework weaving digital planning and best practices into new organizational structures, governance and processes.

Care Message Technical Advisory Board – Serve as a Technical Advisor to Care Message, a platform that helps safety-net organizations communicate with underserved patients using personalized and relevant messages. As a Technical Advisor, I focus on providing my interoperability, digital care and regulatory expertise.
Epic Emeritus – Participate as an advisor with the Epic Emeritus Program that includes executives and clinicians from Epic Community Members who have retired from their full-time roles, and are happy to share their expertise and advice. As an Epic Emeritus member, I stay current with the day to day advances at Epic and with Epic organizations.
Starbridge Advisors – Collaborate with leaders and innovators to help advance healthcare with technology enabled solutions as a member of Starbridge Advisors, a firm of experienced IT leaders who have served as either CIO, CMIO, CNIO, CTO or CISO in healthcare organizations before joining the Advisor team.
